BRUSSELS MINDFUL TOUCH DAY 17 MAY – THAI YOGA MASSAGE – OSTEOTHAI – CRANIOSACRAL

FUSION THAI YOGA MASSAGE & CRANIOSACRAL

Presence, Attention and Intention: From 13.00 to 15.00.

A practical workshop/exchange:

For our school, the “BEING ” axis is at the source of Practice. The axis is expressed through Presence – Attention and Intention.

For the practitioner: attention to oneself, in one’s center, in one’s Earth/Sky axis, to the Hara, to one’s breathing, to movements, to techniques, to sensations; and of course to the other. In their different physical, physiological, energetic, emotional realities, attention to the responses of the body and tissues, to respiratory changes, to bodily rhythms and their fluctuations.

A sequence guided by Thierry for one hour to feel and experience the impressions of Thai Yoga Massage & the subtle touch of the craniosacral approach.

The practitioner, in service of universal principles of Metta, offers the “receiver” an experience of deep relaxation, well-being, and balance where the mechanisms inherent to health are triggered by this innate intelligence, to encourage vital potential.

OSTEOTHAI – VISCERAL INTRODUCTION

The Abdomen – a sequence to Mobility and Vitality: From 15.30  to 17:30

A practical workshop/exchange:

A two-hour practice/exchange around two essential axes of health: mobility and vitality.

Thierry guides you through a sensory journey where perceptions of subtle and invisible movements come to light.

During one hour of practice, the practitioner encourages this vital potential through combinations of techniques and concepts from osteopathy and Thai Massage = Osteothai.

This workshop presents itself as a meditation in movement where listening to and respecting oneself and others takes on full meaning.

The observation of subtle movements expressing themselves under the hand, or increased mobility in a joint, are the essential elements of this discovery of Osteothai.
