We invite you to wear comfortable, flexible clothing to feel at ease during the practice.
A changing room will be available for you.
Two workshops open to everyone:
As a participant, you will start by experiencing a guided practice demonstrated by Thierry Bienfaisant, following step by step the sequence of gentle and subtle movements.
First phase:
One of the two participants lies on a mat while the other experiences the role of the practitioner. For one hour, you will apply the techniques and principles perfect to this introduction, in a kind and mindful environment, paying attention to the sensations of the lying participant. The person lying down, on the other hand, discovers the benefits and sensations of this practice, promoting a deep sense of letting go.
After the first hour, the roles are reversed:
The one who was practicing becomes the receiver, and vice versa. This first workshop lasts a total of two hours (one hour in each role). A 30-minute break for exchange and questions is planned before starting the second workshop.
In the second workshop, you can choose to keep the same partner or switch to a new one.
