Dedicated to teaching for over 25 years, he has conducted movement workshops in school, community, cultural, and wellness settings. His goal was to raise awareness and bring different audiences closer to artistic practice, thus democratizing access to body-based practices.

He then deepened his knowledge at ANATHAI – the Holistic School of Thai Yoga Massage & Osteothai in Brussels, incorporating techniques and principles from osteopathy and Thai Yoga Massage.
His interest in subtle energies led him to study magnetism and geobiology, adding an energetic dimension to his therapeutic approach.
Currently, Milton is pursuing his training in biodynamic craniosacral therapy and Somatic Experiencing.
